My notes from the intersection of research, teaching, and practice. I write about how organizations and people meet technology. Two threads keep coming back.

One is digital and AI transformation in small and medium-sized enterprises, where most of the published advice doesn’t survive contact with the resource constraints that define the segment.

The other is persuasive technology in generative AI: the asymmetric way these systems learn to push us, and what an honest answer to that looks like.

Most of my posts are conference notes, classroom-tested arguments, or projects I’ve shipped.
